Good questions.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quote visits are free and there's no call-out fee unless we do work on the day.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Every notifiable job comes with the right certificate, emailed to you the same week.
How much mess will a rewire make?
Some, but we plan it room by room, use dust sheets throughout and make good the walls ready for decorating.
Can you work around tenants?
Yes. We book in directly with tenants and send you photos and reports when we're done.
